Your Investment Journey

Stage One

Having worked with our expert Property Investment Consultants to choose your ideal investment, you are then advised to consult with our preferred finance partner and confirm that your mortgage is a good fit for you.

Stage Two

With your finance mechanism firmly in place, you will then be asked to reserve your property. This quick and easy procedure involves payment of 5% of the investment’s value, and its completion triggers the acquisition process.

Stage Three

Upon confirmation of this payment, you will then begin the reservation-to-exchange stage: a process that usually takes 28 days.

This stage involves a variety of documentation, much of which – including your reservation form and your receipt – will be given to you as part of a Welcome Pack. Once you have provided any additional documentation, a solicitor will need to deal with the exchange. By opting for a solicitor from our recommended panel, you can rest assured that your exchange will be handled by an expert who is already familiar with the property and the transaction.

Stage Four

The exchange process will conclude with a further payment amounting to 25% of the purchase price. Once completed, we will provide you with regular updates on the status of your property as it’s built, allowing you to watch your investment form and take shape on a month-by-month basis. We’ll also make sure that our Client Care Team is on hand to offer you any clarification or support as necessary.

Stage Five

As the property nears completion, we will help you to arrange the balance of monies owed. This usually occurs 3-4 months prior to Practical Completion, at which time the developer will be paid: a process that usually takes one month.

Stage Six

Once we can confirm that the balance has been paid, you can sit back, relax, and rest easy in the knowledge that the property is yours!
